Jim McGivern serves as Executive Chairman of CROM. He also held the role of Chairman at Frontenac-backed Newterra prior to its sale in 2025. Jim is a seasoned executive with experience as COO of American Water, the largest private utility in the U.S., CEO of Elster, a PE-owned smart metering company, and CEO of Sigma, a water and wastewater infrastructure company and former Frontenac investment. At Sigma, Jim helped create significant value through strategic planning, acquisitions, and customer and product distribution initiatives.
