Mercer Foods is a California-based industrial food processor specializing in dehydration – specifically the freeze drying of fruits, vegetables, dairy and meat products – for food manufacturers and retail customers, and has been in business over 25 years.


A second generation family-owned business, Mercer is led by David Noland, CEO, and Pam Mercer Denny, our partners in this investment. Noland continues to lead the business, which he has grown consistently over the last decade.
