Jim Wilson serves as the CEO of RedHelm. Jim joined the company in 2025, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in managed services, cybersecurity, and IT transformation to the role. Most recently, Jim served as President of Ntiva, where he led the company through a period of substantial growth in both revenue and profitability. Previously, Jim served as Chief Operating Officer of Integration Partners Corporation, where he improved financial performance and fostered an award-winning culture.

Jim holds degrees in mechanical engineering from Tufts University and certifications in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
