Marty Daley serves as CEO of EFC International. Marty is a seasoned distribution executive with 30 years of leadership experience across specialty distribution and components businesses. Prior to EFC, Marty served as CEO of Marco Rubber & Plastics, where he led significant revenue growth, completed multiple acquisitions, and expanded the company’s sales, product and sourcing capabilities. Earlier in his career, Marty held senior leadership roles at WESCO, Vallen, Interline Brands, and True Value Hardware.
