Steve McBrayer serves as a board member at Newterra and was previously the CEO of H-E Parts and on the board of Motion Solutions, both former Frontenac investments. As CEO, Steve directed resources in an engineering-centric culture while also scaling the sales, finance and IT infrastructure. Steve was instrumental in driving organic growth, expanding services, talent upgrades and executing on acquisitions.
