CROM Announces Strategic Acquisition of Carolina Management Team and WaterTight Solutions, LLC

The acquisition enhances CROM’s portfolio of services, capabilities, and capacity offering to the Water Market.

GAINESVILLE, FL

CROM, LLC (“CROM”), a provider of water infrastructure solutions, announced today the acquisition of Carolina Management Team, LLC (“CMT”) and WaterTight Solutions, LLC (“WTS”), headquartered in High Point, NC.

This strategic union brings together organizations with shared core values and complementary technical capabilities to enhance their presence in the Atlantic region, furthering CROM’s mission to build and restore the nation’s essential infrastructure.

CMT and WTS will continue operating under their existing names as part of CROM’s growing platform. Customers and partners can expect continuity in leadership, quality, and the exceptional service delivered by the team. Co-founders, David Van Zee and Wendy Banks, will continue contributing to the success of the union. David will remain with CROM to lead the CMT team and serve on CROM’s leadership team, and Wendy will contribute as an advisor on CROM’s integration team.
