Crofter’s produces branded and private label organic fruit spreads, jams and preserves. Fruit spreads come in a variety of flavors, including strawberry, blackberry, and apricot. Crofter’s was founded in 1989 by Gabi and Gerhard Latka. Frontenac recapitalized the company in 2021 in partnership with the Latka family.

Frontenac sold Crofter’s in 2025 to Power Sustainable Lios, a Canada-based private equity firm.
