Kevin joined Frontenac in 2026 to lead executive talent efforts across the portfolio.
Prior to joining Frontenac, Kevin was Vice President of Portfolio Talent at Platinum Equity, a Chief People Officer at Brinks Home Security, and an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Kevin graduated from Harvard University and earned an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
