Kevin joined Frontenac in 2026 to support portfolio companies on talent acquisition and other talent related initiatives.

Prior to joining Frontenac, Kevin was Vice President of Portfolio Talent at Platinum Equity, a Chief People Officer at Brinks Home Security, and an Engagement Manager at McKinsey. Kevin graduated from Harvard University and earned an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
