Neal joined Frontenac in 2014, focused on investments in the industrial sector. Today, Neal leads the firm’s Portfolio Resources Group which seeks to accelerate value creation efforts across Frontenac’s portfolio companies. Neal is a director at EFC International, Honk Technologies, Integrated Openings Solutions, MCE and RedHelm. Neal’s prior investments and directorships include A.H. Harris and Liquid Technologies. Neal is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Prior to Frontenac, Neal served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and a Senior Analyst in Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Disney. A Michigan native, Neal graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
