Neal focuses on investments in the industrial sector and leads the firm’s Portfolio Resources Group.

Neal joined Frontenac in 2014 and focuses on investments in the industrial sector. Neal also leads the firm’s Portfolio Resources Group which seeks to accelerate value creation efforts across Frontenac’s portfolio companies. Neal is a director at EFC International, Ideal Integrations, Integrated Openings Solutions, and MCE. Neal’s prior investments and directorships include Liquid Technologies and A.H. Harris.

Prior to Frontenac, he served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and a Senior Analyst in Corporate Strategy and Business Development at The Walt Disney Company. A Michigan native, Neal graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
