After 35+ years of leading investments and co-managing the firm, Paul now serves as Senior Advisor to Frontenac.
Paul joined Frontenac in 1989. He became a Partner in 1993 and Managing Partner in 2013. Throughout his career, Paul has led investments and worked closely with CEO1ST Partners and portfolio companies across a range of industries, including business services and industrial distribution.
An Illinois native, Paul graduated cum laude from Yale College and earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
