Paul joined Frontenac in 1989. Throughout his career, Paul has led investments and worked closely with portfolio companies in a range of industries, including the industrial sector where he is currently focused. Paul’s prior investments and directorships include GNAP LLC, Portfolio Group, Ohio Transmission Corp, H-E Parts, La Tavola, e+ CancerCare, Crescent Healthcare, and Trilogy Health Services, among others. Paul serves on Frontenac’s Investment and Management Committees and supports the firm’s work with limited partners.

Prior to Frontenac, Paul was with Strategic Planning Associates, a management consulting firm. An Illinois native, Paul graduated cum laude from Yale College and earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
