Ray joined Frontenac in 2022 and partners with portfolio company leadership to identify and implement value creation initiatives. Ray is a Director at Beckway.

Prior to Frontenac, Ray spent 10 years at Bain & Company working with clients across various industries. Ray graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and earned an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
