Teri first joined Frontenac in 2015 and served as Director of Development for six years. She rejoined the firm in 2024 in a new capacity, with a focus on driving relationships with key stakeholders including investors, executives and advisors. She also spearheads strategic growth initiatives and leads external communications across the firm.

Prior to rejoining Frontenac, Teri served as a Director of Business Development at Thomas H. Lee Partners. She previously held investing roles at Manulife Capital Management and John Hancock Financial Services.

Originally from Michigan, Teri graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern University in Boston and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Teri is a CFA Charterholder.
