Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) is a value-added distributor of flow control, fluid power, rotating equipment, automation and hydraulic repair products and services. MCE was founded in 1951. Frontenac recapitalized the company in 2018 and in 2023, completed a secondary market transaction to fund future growth initiatives for the business. Frontenac completed an enterprise sale of MCE to Bertram Capital in 2026.
