Sean joined Frontenac in 2025 and partners with portfolio company leadership to identify and implement value creation initiatives. Since 2021, he has worked with Frontenac as a CEO1ST partner and Board member. Sean is a Director at CROM, Monterey Bay Herb Co and Navis.

Prior to Frontenac, Sean served as a PE-backed CEO and Board member of several privately held businesses. A Pittsburgh native, Sean has an Engineering degree from the Pennsylvania State University and earned an MBA and MEM from Northwestern University.
