Navis Food Partners made its inaugural acquisition in August 2023 with the purchase of City Line Distributors, the top independent full-service foodservice distributor based in New England, serving Southern New England and Eastern NY. In March 2024, Navis completed the acquisition of Prime Source Foods, an independently owned, center-of-the-plate food distributor in New England and eastern New York.
