Motion & Control Enterprises Acquires MJ Systems, LLC

MCE’s fourth acquisition this year expands its presence across the Gulf Coast

ZELIENOPLE, PA

Motion & Control Enterprises (“MCE”) has acquired MJ Systems, LLC (“MJS”), a distributor of chemical injection pump systems, related equipment, and aftermarket parts. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Laporte, TX with a second location in Metairie, LA, MJS primarily serves petrochemical and oil & gas customers in Texas, Louisiana, and southern Mississippi. Matt Schroeder founded the company in 2007 and will continue to lead the business post-close.
