Motion & Control Enterprises Acquires Salentine Pump & Equipment

MCE’s third acquisition this year expands its presence across Wisconsin and Minnesota markets

ZELIENOPLE, PA

Motion & Control Enterprises (“MCE”) has acquired Salentine Pump & Equipment (“Salentine”), a distributer of engineered pumps, parts, and repair solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Based in Menomonee Falls, WI and founded in 1980, Salentine serves customers across food & beverage, personal care, agricultural, and general industrial markets in Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. Salentine will retain its name and continue to operate under the leadership of Mike Salentine post-close.
