Scholarus offers administrators and educators a range of professional services, survey and diagnostic tools, and custom content and publishing services. In January 2020, the Fund recapitalized the company in partnership with CEO1ST partner, Ty Field.

Frontenac recapitalized XanEdu in 2020. Under Frontenac’s ownership, XanEdu acquired Education Elements and Tripod Education in 2021, and PLC Associates in 2022. Scholarus Learning was established in 2022 to encompass this portfolio of established service providers and services companies – XanEdu, Education Elements, Tripod Education, and PLC Associates.
